United Spoonies™ · Workplace Accommodation Bridge™
You shouldn't have to choose between your health and your job.
The Workplace Accommodation Bridge™ is a confidential disability advocacy service. You tell us what you need. We negotiate with your employer. Your diagnosis stays private.

The problem
The system requires disclosure. We don't.
Most accommodation processes require you to disclose your diagnosis directly to your employer, navigate HR alone, and advocate for yourself in a system that was not designed to hear you. That is a structural problem. This service is the structural response.
$530B
Annual employer productivity loss attributable to chronic illness — most of it driven by accommodation gaps
5–12 yrs
Average diagnostic delay for women with the most common invisible conditions
4×
More likely than men to have pain attributed to psychological causes in equivalent presentations
What the Bridge is
A professional intermediary between you and your employer.
You share your functional limitations with us — not your diagnosis, not your medical records. Just what you need and why it affects your work. We take that information, build a formal accommodation request grounded in the ADA and California's FEHA, and negotiate with your employer directly.
You never have to sit across from HR and justify your body. You never have to explain your condition to your manager. You never have to choose between being believed and being protected.
What we are not
We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation. We are disability advocates — professionals who understand the structural landscape your employer operates in and how to navigate it on your behalf. If your engagement requires legal intervention, we will refer you to a qualified employment attorney with the documentation you need to make that case.
How it works
Seven steps. Zero employer contact on your part.
01
Submit your interest
Fill out a brief interest form and pay a $50 deposit to reserve your engagement. The deposit is applied toward your total fee.
02
Complete your intake
You'll receive a confidential intake questionnaire and a link to book a 15-minute call. The questionnaire captures your limitations, your workplace context, and what you need. Nothing you share goes to your employer.
03
Your intake call
A brief call to walk through your situation, confirm the scope of your request, and answer any questions. Your full fee is collected after this call.
04
We contact your employer
We reach out directly to the appropriate person — HR, your manager, or legal — as your disability advocate. You are not involved in this contact.
05
We negotiate
We present your formal accommodation request and negotiate on your behalf. We keep you updated throughout. You never have to speak with your employer about this.
06
Resolution
If accommodations are granted, you receive a written close-out summary documenting what was agreed and what your rights are going forward. If they are not, you receive a formal documentation package and a referral to a qualified employment attorney.
07
Engagement complete
Each engagement is fully discrete. If your situation changes, you can open a new engagement at any time.
What we guarantee
Three things that do not change, regardless of outcome.
Your privacy
Your diagnosis is never shared with your employer. Your intake questionnaire is never shared. Only the functional information necessary to support your request is communicated.
Professional advocacy
Every engagement receives a formal accommodation request grounded in the ADA and California's FEHA. You are represented the way you should have been able to represent yourself.
A next step
If your employer refuses, you leave with documentation and a referral to a qualified employment attorney. You are never left without a path forward. The refusal becomes the record.
Pricing
Scaled to your salary. Accessible at every tier.
Your fee is based on your current annual salary. A $50 deposit is collected at submission and applied toward your total. A recent paystub is required to verify your salary band before your engagement begins.
| Annual Salary | Deposit | Total Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Under $35,000 | $50 | $100 |
| $35,000 – $55,000 | $50 | $175 |
| $55,000 – $80,000 | $50 | $300 |
| $80,000 – $120,000 | $50 | $450 |
| $120,000 – $175,000 | $50 | $650 |
| $175,000 and above | $50 | $900 |
Each engagement includes: confidential intake, intake call, formal accommodation request, employer negotiation, and a written close-out summary. Fees are non-refundable once your engagement has begun. If we determine at the intake call that the service is not an appropriate fit, your deposit is returned in full.
