Privacy Policy
We collect your assessment responses and, if you choose to share it, your email address. We use your assessment responses to route you to the right methodology resources. We use your email to send you the follow-up sequence you opted into.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. You can request deletion at any time by emailing admin@unitedspoonies.com.
Who This Policy Applies To
This Privacy Policy applies to anyone who visits unitedspoonies.com, completes the Structural Pressure Map™ assessment, provides an email address, or otherwise interacts with United Spoonies™ LLC or its methodology.
By using this site, you agree to the data practices described in this policy.
What We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Assessment responses. Your answers to the 24-question Structural Pressure Map™ assessment, including your domain scores and stage routing outcome. These are used to route you to the correct methodology resources and stored in our operational database.
- Email address. Only if you choose to provide it at the point of assessment completion. Your email address is never required to access the methodology. Providing it is optional and constitutes consent to receive the nurture email sequence described in Section 4.
- Contact form submissions. If you contact us through the website contact form, we collect the information you provide — including your name, email address, and message content.
- Basic website analytics. Standard analytics data (pages visited, time on site, referral source) collected by Squarespace. This data is aggregate and not linked to individual identities.
We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what you voluntarily provide. We do not collect medical records or clinical data.
How We Use Your Data
- Assessment responses are used to route you to your stage-specific result page and starter tool. They are also used in aggregate, anonymized form for outcomes reporting and methodology development.
- Email address is used to send the stage-specific nurture email sequence you opted into. It is not used for any other marketing purpose without your explicit consent.
- Contact form data is used to respond to your inquiry and is retained in our operational database for that purpose.
- Analytics data is used to understand how the website is being used and to improve it.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not allow advertisers to target you based on your data.
Email Communications
If you provide your email address at the point of assessment completion, you will receive a stage-specific email sequence over approximately 10–14 days. Each email introduces one framework or tool from the Advocacy Installation™ at your stage.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Unsubscribing removes you from future communications but does not delete your assessment data unless you separately request deletion.
We use Mailchimp to manage email delivery. Mailchimp's privacy policy is available at mailchimp.com/legal/privacy.
Data Storage & Security
Assessment response data and email subscriber records are stored in Airtable, a cloud database platform. Contact form submissions are stored in Airtable and Mailchimp.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure — including access controls, credential management, and separate storage for sensitive operational records.
No system is completely secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us at admin@unitedspoonies.com immediately.
We retain assessment response data and email subscriber records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Contact form records are retained for up to 2 years. Crisis disclosure records are retained for a minimum of 7 years.
How We Handle Crisis Disclosures
If you share something in any communication with United Spoonies™ that indicates you may be in crisis, we will respond immediately — providing crisis resources and notifying the founder.
We cannot guarantee complete confidentiality of crisis disclosures in all circumstances. If what you share indicates imminent risk to your safety or someone else's, we may take action to address that risk, including contacting emergency services.
Crisis disclosure records are stored separately from all other participant data, with access limited to the founder only. They are retained for a minimum of 7 years.
