Terms of Use
The United Spoonies™ methodology and all tools are free to access. By using this site, you agree to these terms. The most important things to know: this is not therapy, not clinical support, and not a substitute for professional mental health care.
If you are in crisis right now, please use the crisis resources in Section 4. Questions: admin@unitedspoonies.com
Who These Terms Apply To
These terms apply to anyone who uses unitedspoonies.com, completes the Structural Pressure Map™ assessment, provides an email address, participates in any program we offer, or otherwise engages with United Spoonies™ LLC or its methodology.
By using this site or completing the assessment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What United Spoonies™ Is
United Spoonies™ is a structural methodology organization. We develop and deliver the Structural Rebuilding Method™ — a sequenced framework that provides tools, frameworks, and assessment instruments to help women with chronic illness navigate structural pressures across four domains: medical systems, identity, economic stability, and relationships.
The assessment and all methodology tools are free. We do not charge participants for access to the core methodology. Revenue comes from professional certification and institutional partnerships — not from you.
What United Spoonies™ Is Not
We want to be direct about what this methodology does not provide, so you can make an informed decision about whether it is right for your situation.
- Therapy or mental health treatment of any kind
- Clinical counseling or psychological counseling
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- A substitute for professional mental health care or medical care
- A peer support group or community
Certified United Spoonies™ Facilitators are trained in the Structural Rebuilding Method™. They are not licensed mental health professionals and are not providing clinical services.

We cannot guarantee complete confidentiality in all circumstances. If what you share indicates imminent risk to your safety or someone else's, we may take action to address that risk, including contacting emergency services. Any decisions you make based on methodology tools are your own. United Spoonies™ LLC is not responsible for decisions you make using the methodology.

Changes to These Terms

The Core System — the assessment, the installations, the tools — is free. Permanently. Access is a structural commitment, not a charitable afterthought.
